Telehealth Services

Our telehealth services are available only to individuals who are physically located in the state of Texas at the time of their telehealth visit. By using our telehealth services, you confirm that you are a Texas resident or are physically present in Texas. Telehealth services are subject to our separate Telehealth Consent.

Appointment Booking

Appointments are scheduled through Jane App, our electronic health records platform. By booking an appointment, you agree to Jane App's terms of use and acknowledge that your health information will be collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellation and no-show terms are provided at booking.
