Introduction

Dripping IV Solutions ("Dripping IV Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal and health information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us in any way. This policy applies to all visitors, patients, and users of our website and services.

We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 181 (Texas HB 300), and all applicable federal and state privacy laws.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Date of birth and gender
  • Insurance information (if applicable)
  • Payment and billing information

Protected Health Information (PHI)

Medical intake forms, health history, treatment records, and related health data are collected and stored exclusively through our HIPAA-compliant electronic health records platform, Jane App.

We do not collect health information through our website forms, URL parameters, or marketing platforms. Contact information submitted through our website (e.g., general inquiry forms) is processed through GoHighLevel (GHL), which handles only non-health contact data such as name, email, and phone number.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, manage, and improve our healthcare services
  • Schedule appointments and process payments
  • Communicate with you about your care, appointments, and account
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations, including HIPAA and Texas HB 300
  • Analyze website usage to improve our online experience
  • Send marketing communications (only with your consent, and never containing PHI)

Data Platforms and Systems

Jane App (Electronic Health Records)

All medical intake, health records, and protected health information are collected and stored in Jane App, a HIPAA-ready electronic health records platform. Jane maintains appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect PHI.

GoHighLevel (CRM & Marketing)

Non-health contact information (name, email, phone number) submitted through our website forms is processed through GoHighLevel (GHL). GHL is used for appointment reminders, general communications, and marketing. No protected health information is stored in or transmitted through GHL.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

We use GA4 and GTM to understand how visitors interact with our website. We do not include health-related terms, condition names, diagnosis information, or any PHI in analytics events, custom dimensions, or URL parameters. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel on general, non-condition-specific pages of our website (such as the homepage, about page, and pricing page) to measure advertising effectiveness and deliver relevant ads. The Meta Pixel is not loaded on condition-specific pages (e.g., pages about specific medical treatments or health conditions) to prevent any inference of health status from browsing behavior.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information or protected health information. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

  • For treatment, payment, and healthcare operations as permitted under HIPAA
  • To service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to appropriate data protection agreements
  • As required by law, including responses to subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory requirements
  • To protect rights and safety, including the safety of our patients, staff, and the public
  • With your consent, when you have provided explicit authorization

Texas Health Privacy (HB 300)

Under Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 181, we provide additional protections for your health information. We will not disclose your protected health information for marketing purposes without your prior written authorization. You have the right to request restrictions on certain disclosures of your health information. Texas law may provide you with additional rights beyond those required by HIPAA.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal and health information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. Access to patient records is restricted to authorized personnel only. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal and health information
  • Request corrections to your information
  • Request restrictions on certain uses or disclosures
  • Receive an accounting of disclosures of your PHI
  • Request communications by alternative means or at alternative locations
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • File a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated

For additional rights related to your protected health information, please see our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Our website and online services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
